SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. 
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time it is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched, including carrier and tracking info for your parcel. 
 
Within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days - free shipping on orders above €60
To the rest of Europe: 2-5 business days - free shipping on orders above €150.
To the rest of the world: 2-7 business days - free shipping on orders above €200. 
 
CUSTOMS
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Studio Palmén, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order, we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.
 
RETURN INFORMATION
You may give notice of your wish to return or exchange any item within 30 days after receiving your purchase, for any reason. 

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us in original condition. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.

RETURNING STEPS
Make sure the products are placed back in the original packaging, with labels and tags still attached. Please include the packing slip with your order number in the package as well. You can return the package to the address mentioned below with the post service that is most convenient for you. Preferably a post service that offers track & trace, since we are not responsible for lost packages. When creating a return label online, you can fill in info@studiopalmen.com as the receivers e-mail address in order for us to track the package as well along the way.

FAULTY ITEMS
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at info@studiopalmen.com; email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
 
RECEIVING REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the original debit card, credit card or PayPal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
